SSL encryption

All live chats are encrypted using the latest encryption technology. This means that all data communicated between the web server and browser stays private.

Automatic data purging 

To stay GDPR compliant, personal data needs to be erased at least every 10 years. Our system automatically purges personal data periodically, at a time frame you decide up to a maximum of 10 years.

Single sign on (SSO)

 SSO is a secure authentication process that allows a user to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials. We offer SSO via SAML 2.0 and Microsoft Active Directory Federation Server (ADFS).

Secure Data Transfer

Chat agents are able to request secure data over an encrypted transfer from the chat window itself. This data will be erased as soon as the chat session ends and will not display in chat transcripts. This is great for taking payments and receiving confidential information, as credit card details and secure notes can be safely transferred this way.
